**Orientation Day is MANDATORY for ALL campers attending this year's program. It is also MANDATORY that each camper has at least ONE parent/guaradian attend the Parent Meeting during Orientation Day.**
Campers are required to be accompanied by a Parent or Guardian for the first hour of Orientation. All campers & their parents will be meeting at BAC 1 - Legacy Room, 2702 Black Lake Place, Philadelphia, PA 19154 by 7:45am.
8:00AM-9:00AM - Parents & Campers will meet this year's camp staff as well as participate in an information session that will cover the expectations & safety guidlines for the program. This is the opportunity to ask any questions you may have pertaining to camp!
9:30AM-3:00PM - Parents will be dismissed and the girls will remain on site to continue their orientation. Their afternoon will consist of ice breakers as they begin getting to know one another as well as First Aid & OSHA Safety Training, & the disbursement of their camp supplies. The girls will be properly taught how to use & wear all of their camp PPE & tools.
**Girls will be dismissed to their parents/Guardians @ 3:00PM**
REGISTERED VOLUNTEERS: We would like as much volunteer attendance as possible for orientation day. This will give the campers a chance to become familiarized with the individuals who will have the authority to enforce camp rules and allow the parents to meet the professionals who will be caring for their children. Please RSVP in advance so we can know exactly how many volunteers to expect.
