Michele Paxton is an Assistant Project Manager at All Trades Mechanical; a full-service mechanical contractor serving various markets to include commercial, industrial, life sciences and many others.
Michele has been in the construction industry for 20 years working with various trades, contractors , GC’s and CM’s. Michele has an extensive background in construction safety and has spent years cultivating safety programs and working alongside the trades men and women to bring a positive safety culture to the field.
Michele is currently the President of the Philadelphia Chapter of The National Association of Women in Construction & sits on the MCAEPA Safety Director’s Committee. Michele holds a B.A. in Criminal Justice from Temple University and a Masters in Public Safety & Environmental Protection from St. Joseph’s University.
